When will I receive my final paycheck?
Unless mandated by state law, you will receive your final paycheck on the next normal paycheck cycle.
When will I receive my PTO payout?
Unless your state dictates otherwise, accrued and unused PTO will be paid out following your final paycheck, and will be mailed to your home address. For questions, please visit My Personal Desk.
Will I still be able to view all of my information on My Personal Desk?
You will be able to view your information in My Personal Desk through your termination date. In the event you need any information after this date, please visit the HR Service Portal (no login required) for any data requests.
How can I get a copy of my Form W-2?
Form W-2s are mailed by the end of January for the previous year. Your W-2 will be mailed to your address of record in My Personal Desk. If you need to change your address, please send an email to email@example.com. If you need to obtain a duplicate copy of your W-2, please visit the ADP Self-Service Portal to access W2/T4 documents at https://myaline.adp.com. For additional Payroll and HR help, please visit the HR Service Portal (no login required) and select the appropriate option.
How can I get verification of my employment for future employers?
First Time Users:
- Go to theworknumber.com and click “Register Now”.
- Enter the personal information requested to verify your identity.
- Go to theworknumber.com.
- Log in with your existing username and password
- Username: Social Security Number
- Password: Last 4 digits of SSN + month of birth
Once you have successfully logged in, all users will be required to create a personalized User ID and password if you have not already done so. Make sure to remember your new User ID — you will need it to log in next time!
